Chicago, 1930, Prohibition Era. The public is rebelling against the prohibition of alcohol. Almost everyone is looking for their own ways to taste even a drop of liquor. Home distilleries are created and smuggling techniques are established. The black market flourishes and the underworld doesn’t even particularly try to hide its activities. Bribes are becoming the norm and alcohol is no less available than before the prohibition laws.
During the Kings of Chicago gameplay, the players will take on the role of gang leaders competing for control over strategic locations in Chicago. They will smuggle barrels of alcohol into various locations, gradually gaining influence. It will be crucial to adapt to the prevailing conditions of the city and to the movements of the competition.
The one who earns the most money from those schemes wins.
