Pepero Number Up

Pepero Number Up is a number-based game in which players stack cards on a personal board to create a given number.
You win when all your cards are played!

How to Play:

(1) Deal out the cards and place your personal board in front of you.

(2) The target number starts at 1. When someone makes a 1, the target number becomes 2 and gradually goes up to 11.

(3) If you can't make the target number on your turn, draw a card and pass.

(4) If you can make it, play 1 to 3 cards on your personal board so that the sum of the cards equals the target number.

(5) If the cards you played have special abilities, use them.

(6) If someone makes the target number of 11, they discard 1 additional card. The target number becomes 1 again.

(7) If someone plays all the cards, the player wins 2 victory tokens, and the players with the fewest cards receive 1 token.
