Morty's Mysteries sind kooperative hybride Krimispiele für Gruppen. Alle schlüpfen in die Rollen der Verdächtigen in einem Mordfall - sie bekommen eigene Biografien, Geheimnisse und dann im Spiel auch Hinweise. Doch auch mindestens eine schuldige Person befindet sich in der Gruppe - diese weiß von Anfang an Bescheid und will möglichst nicht verdächtigt werden, während der Rest der Gruppe versucht, sie zu entlarven. Das ist nur möglich, wenn alle Hinweise, Indizien und Clues zusammengetragen werden und in der Gruppe diskutiert und kombiniert werden, und zwar sowohl die im Spiel vorhandenen Papierhinweise als auch die digitalen Hinweise, die jede Person individuell auf ihr eigenes Smartphone (PC/Tablet) geschickt bekommt. Hier werden also Detektivspiel und Krimidinner vereint! Achtung! Alle dürfen lügen! Immer behilflich ist Morty, der als (digitaler) Detektiv durchs Spiel führt. Morty's Mysteries ist ein 2023 gegründetes Start-Up, das seine Ursprünge in der Lausitz hat. Firmendetektiv und Maskottchen Morty hat sich auf die Fahnen geschrieben, die Welt ein bisschen spaßiger, lustiger und bunter zu machen. Schaffen will er das natürlich mit Mordfällen und in schwarz-weiß! Morty's Mysteries are cooperative hybrid mystery games, played in groups. Everyone becomes a suspect in a murder case - they are given their own biographies, secrets, and also individual clues during the game. But there is at least one guilty person among you - they want to avoid being suspicious, while the rest of the group tries to expose them. This is only possible if all the clues and clues are collected, discussed and combined within the group, both the paper clues available in the game and the digital clues that each person is being sent individually to their own smartphone (PC/tablet).
