This intermediate level tableau builder board game features stunning art, unique components, and action packed yet strategic gameplay. Collect sunlight for plants and collect foods to play animal cards into your marsh, prairie, and jungle. Earn victory points from playing plant and animal cards, raising baby rabbits and chicks, successfully predating other players' biomes, winning achievements and by activating actions on the played cards of your tableau. Just when you thought this was all fun and games (should you add the optional disaster expansion), starting in year two, players will reveal cards from the disaster deck, which will likely affect played cards or resources in all players’ biomes! With adorable baby animal tokens, changing achievements, simultaneous play and two optional mini expansions, Biome is sure to bring endless entertainment to your table.
